Yummy!

"Chile rellenos" are the best! They seem to always make my tummy feel so good, yet it hurts when I eat too much chile. l have an ulcer in my stomach while seems to be acting up because of the gastritis. Sometimes the pain is escrushiating and its hard to get out of bed, but I inflicted this pain on myself.
I dont really know how to cook alot of foods, but I can cook (what I consider) basics; rice, enchiladas, tostadas, panchos, chile rellenos, sopas...etc. I have been learning little by little from my grandmother, father, mother, & my new family my husbands parents.
My suegros are the best, they have helped me alot in cooking, I may not do it often but I do like to do something special once in a while. Sometimes their style of cooking is way different then my families but it doesnt hurt to try new things.
Before I had my daughter Serenity I hated shrimp; the smell, taste, & look. Now I am obsessed with shrimp, I even want to go eat the "endless shrimp" at "Red Lobster" ! Yum!
Im getting very hungry now & it is late!
Good Night World!!

The Restless Night(s)

How am I suppose to be "not tired" if I stay up all night with my little one?
Sometimes it seems impossible to wake up in the mornings because I fell asleep at 4am! Serenity does not seem to understand that night is for sleeping,  she doesnt make naps during the day which is the confusing part of it all.
Serenity is my 9 months old daughter, she is the cutest little thing! I love her to death! At this moment she is playing with her fingers, I think she is barely discovering them. She loves to watch t.v with my boyfriend and I :) I dont really call my daughters father "boyfriend" I usually refer to him as my husband since we have been living together for a year now.
My husband is hector garza, he is a great father / husband. Since day one of meeting him he has done so many changes to make me and his daughter happy. I have made my changes as well to make our lives together as a couple & parents.
Well thats the start of my blog & I will keep sharing my story :)
